Shoshone Silver Mining advances lakeview Project
May 10, 2007 --Shoshone Silver Mining (PINK SHEETS: SHSH) is pleased to announce progress at its Lakeview Mill facility. Shoshone expects to begin milling stockpiled mineralized material in August. This stockpiled material is expected to provide feed to the mill through the end of the 2007 season.
The Lakeview project team is being led by Joann K. Corley, P.E., who brings over 20 years of engineering and managing experience to the team. Metallurgical expertise is being provided by former ASARCO metallurgist W.C. Rust. Workers are now making final upgrades to the mill in preparation for the August kick-off. Geologic assessment of Shoshone’s Lakeview District properties is underway. The geologist’s report is expected to provide key information for Shoshones longer term production opportunities in the Lakeview District.
